By creating an account or using Huard (the "Application"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety.
If you do not accept these Terms: Stop using Huard immediately and delete the Application. No hard feelings — simply not for everyone.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
Huard is a Web application that helps you:

W. Hasni, operating as Huard, grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application.
To create an account, you must:
Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, including uploads, purchases, and interactions. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@huard.app immediately.
$4.99 CAD per month (taxes included, if applicable)
Automatic billing on the same day each month (30-day cycle). Invoice sent to your email after each payment.
Full access to PRO features for 7 days. Zero cost. Zero credit card data required for trial.
After 7 days, you will be billed automatically (unless you cancel before).
All payments processed via Stripe. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other Stripe-supported methods.
Huard never accesses your banking data. Stripe processes payments securely (PCI-DSS Level 1).
IMPORTANT: Huard is provided "AS-IS". We do not guarantee:

TOTAL LIABILITY CAP
Under no circumstances shall W. Hasni's total liability exceed the amount you paid Huard (or $100 CAD, whichever is greater).
You agree NOT to:
Violation Consequence: Account suspension or termination without notice, without refund.
Huard reserves the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, or break the law.
Upon Termination:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless W. Hasni, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or liability (including legal fees) arising from:
Huard, including code, design, logo, and content, is exclusively owned by W. Hasni. All copyrights, patents, and trademarks are reserved.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute Huard without explicit written permission.
W. Hasni may update these Terms anytime. Minor changes (clarifications, fixes) take effect immediately.
Material changes (new fees, new restrictions) will be notified by email at least 30 days before. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada (without reference to conflict rules).
Jurisdiction: Any dispute or claim will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Quebec (Montréal).
You Waive: Any right to jury trial or class action arbitration.
These Terms constitute the complete and final agreement between you and W. Hasni. No other communication, promise, or agreement has legal force.
If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part is severable, and the rest remains in effect.
Our non-enforcement of a Term does not mean waiver of that right. We may enforce later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. W. Hasni may assign rights anytime.
